Yes, the name sounds like something you’d see being sold on TV in the middle of the night, but the Hang-O-Matic looks like a useful tool if you have a lot of pictures or artwork to hang. It has a built-in metal tape that measures up to 6 feet, and there’s a sliding bubble level attached to the tape. There are also two sliding anchors on the tape that measure the distance between two holes or hooks on the back of any item, and they can then make a couple of dimples on the wall to show where you need to place the picture hangers. And of course the level makes sure that your picture will hang straight once it’s on the wall.
